Subscriptions

Now available from Stanleysnacks – monthly subscriptions. We can also offer other frequencies for example – every 8 weeks, just get in touch and we can design something for your needs.

Each month a hand picked selection will be delivered to your door to give you the best value possible and your dog a wide range of treats including the very latest items we have added to our shop. We are expanding our range of subscription boxes in line with feedback from our customers, let us know if there is one you would like to see!

By opting for a subscription you will have:

• convenience, there is no need to remember to order
• a monthly large box of treats
• a wide range of product types; protein sources, textures and tastes
• the very best value for money
• happy pups!

Subscriptions – how it works

For your selected subscription box price per month you will receive your treat box – including delivery by Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service.

As always, we will accomodate any dietary needs as far as possible – just tell us in the order notes e.g. reduced fat or to avoid a particular protein type e.g. chicken.

• Each month we will publish details of the contents of the subscription box on the subscription page of our website and our social media accounts.
• If you need to make any amendments to the box – other than those already notified to us, you can email us to advise.
• Payment of the subscription fee will be debited from your chosen method.
• The subscription box will be issued to you by tracked service, you will be notified of the tracking details on dispatch.

Subscriptions – what will you receive?

• A large box of dog treats
• The contents will be varied and include a range of protein sources, textures and types of treat
• Our latest products will be included for your pup to try them out
• The number will vary with the specific contents however, the value for money will be higher than purchase of individual treats and our non subscription boxes.

Subscriptions – when will you receive it?

Your first box will be issued when you place your order. 

Each subsequent subscription box will be issued around the same date each following month until you end the arrangement. 

You will receive tracking information on dispatch and should receive your parcel from Royal Mail within 48 business hours so you know when to expect it

Subscription terms and conditions

Subscriptions boxes will be dispatched on successful receipt of payment. If the payment is not successful we will not issue the box. We will contact you by email to advise you and ask you to update your payment details.

We reserve the right to change the contents of the subscription box where stock does not permit published items to be issued or quality issues require us to make amendments.

There is no minimum subscription period, cancellation can be made at any time and no further payments will be taken or boxes issued.
