Our New P&P Options at Stanley Snacks

We’ve made some exciting updates to how we handle packing and shipping at Stanley Snacks! After a bit of tech wrangling, we’ve finally found a way to make our postage options clearer, fairer, and more flexible for you. Here’s what’s new:

Faster Shipping Options

You’ll still enjoy free 48-hour shipping as standard, but you can now upgrade to 24-hour delivery by simply paying the difference in cost. This includes your subscriptions. Perfect if your pup can’t wait for their snacks!

Gift Wrapping Options

Want to send a gift box for a doggy birthday or Christmas? You can now choose birthday or festive gift wrap to make your box extra special – even if you want a specific treat variety inside.

Wrapped & Labelled Treats

We’ve also added the option to have your treats individually wrapped and labelled. This makes it super easy to identify each type – so you can keep track of what your dog loves (and what they might turn their nose up at).

Postage & Packaging Details

All treat boxes include postage and packing in the price – no extra costs to worry about!

Individual treats and other items may have additional postage charges unless stated otherwise.

If you’re ordering a box plus extra treats, here’s how postage will work now:

• Where the total parcel weight stays under 2kg, there’s no extra charge.
• Where the total parcel weight goes over 2kg, there’s an additional cost of £3 (the difference between Royal Mail’s under and over 2kg rates).
• If you order boxes totalling over 2kg, any extra treats (up to 10kg total weight) you will still qualify for free postage.
